I CONTACTED THE COMPANY ABOUT THIS WHO WITHOUT HESITATION REFUNDED MY PURCHASE. NOW THOUGH THIS MAY SEEM LIKE PROPER RETAIL PROCEDURES I AM IN AWE AT THE STEPS AND NO DOUBT COSTLY IMPROVEMENTS THEY MADE TO THIS PRODUCT TO ENSURE A SITUATION LIKE THE ONE I HAD DURING MY PAGEANT DID NOT HAPPEN AGAIN. LAST WEEK I STARTED LOOKING AROUND FOR A DRESS FOR AN UPCOMING TALENT SHOW I AM PERFORMING IN AND ONCE AGAIN I CAME ACROSS THIS BEAUTIFUL DRESS. AS MUCH AS I KNEW THIS DRESS IN A DIFFERENT COLOR WOULD BE PERFECT FOR THE SONG I WILL BE PERFORMING IN THE SHOW, NATURALLY I WAS CONCERNED ABOUT THE POSSIBILITY OF THE SAME "ZIPPER" SITUATION HAPPENING AGAIN. BUT WHEN I TOOK A CLOSER LOOK AT THE DRESS I REALIZED THAT, UNLIKE MOST COMPANIES, THEY DID NOT JUST REFUND MY PREVIOUS PURCHASE AFTER IT'S MALFUNCTION, THEY ACTUALLY MADE SOME RATHER COSTLY IMPROVEMENTS TO THIS PRODUCT BY REPLACING THE ZIPPER WITH A LACE UP BACK AND EVEN INCLUDED A REMOVABLE PEICE OF FABRIC THAT CAN BE SNAPPED ONTO THE BACK OF THE DRESS GIVING THE WEARER THE OPTION TO HAVE AN OPEN BACK LACE UP OPTION OR A CLOSED BACK LACE UP OPTION WHICH ALSO GIVES THE WEARER A LITTLE MORE ROOM TO WORK WITH. I CAN'T SAY THAT THESE IMPROVEMENTS WERE MADE SOLELY BECAUSE OF THE MALFUNCTION I HAD WITH MY DRESS BUT THE FACT THAT THEY ACTUALLY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE SUCH IMPROVEMENTS TO THEIR PRODUCT TO ENSURE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS NOT ONLY VERY IMPRESSIVE BUT IT ALSO MAKES IT CLEAR AS DAY THAT THE OPINIONS AND SATISFACTION OF THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE A PRIORITY TO THEM UNLIKE MANY OTHER RETAIL COMPANIES WHO HAVE NO PROBLEM REFUNDING A CUSTOMER THEIR MONEY FOR A FLAWED PRODUCT BUT HAVE NO INTEREST IN SPENDING MONEY TO ACTUALLY MAKE IMPROVEMENTS THAT WOULD PREVENT THE SAME MALFUNCTION FROM HAPPENING AGAIN. I AM IMPRESSED WITH THIS COMPANIES WILLINGNESS TO MAKE THEIR CUSTOMERS SATISFACTION THEIR NUMBER 1 PRIORITY REGARDLESS OF WHAT IT TAKES INSTEAD OF JUST SAYING IT IS BUT BEING UNWILLING TO ACTUALLY MAKE IMPROVEMENTS THAT WILL COST THEM MONEY TO MAKE. I JUST PURCHASED THIS DRESS IN BLACK YESTERDAY AND RECIEVED IT BEFORE NOON TODAY. IMPROVEMENTS AND ALL. AND AS BEFORE IT IS STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL, EXTREMLY REASONABLY PRICED AND WORTH EVERY PENNY. BEAUTIFUL dress!

I am having a destination wedding and wanted a sheath style dress. Most Wedding dress stores carry poofy style dresses with long trains. I was hesitant about it being SO beaded, but the dress is gorgeous!I had no idea it has a slit underneathe the ruffle down the front side. what a surprise! I had wanted a slit to show off my leg.Shipping was fast.. two days from California to Alabama.

Beautiful dress

The seller shipped this dress to me within a week. I am very happy about that. The dress is amazing and more beautiful in person. I a m 5'2" and 118 lbs. I purchased a size small and it fit me like a glove. The only issue is that it is very long even with heels on. I have to get it tailored a bit, but I do not mind that at all. I love this dress!
